We would be delighted to see you here at Abbey House Dental as a new patient. We allocate plenty of time at your first appointment so that we can get to know you… and also check your dental health. We recommend that you arrive at your appointment a few minutes early as you will be asked to complete a medical history questionnaire prior to entering the surgery, it is helpful that if you have a repeat prescription you bring this along with you so that we have a full and comprehensive list of any medications you take.
At your examination with us we will;
Welcome you warmly to our newly furbished practice and show you where everything is.
Take a full medical and social history from you and discuss this and the links that it may have with your dental health. We will also discuss with you any cosmetic concerns that you might have.
After you have received any treatment we will invite you to join one of our membership plans to help keep your teeth and gums as healthy as possible with regular visits to see our team!
