After feeling a little anxious about going to the dentist again, changing from a dentist where I didn’t feel very confident and going to Abbey house dental for the first time I was a little nervous. I couldn't give a more positive review. The dentist & nurse were not only very professional they were very friendly as well. They introduced themselves, explained what was going to happen etc. They listened to me when I explained my anxiety.The dentist did a thorough examination of my mouth before starting the normal teeth check up which I was impressed with. Afterwards he explained the plan of action and if I was happy with that. This was my first consultation with this dentist and nurse, I couldn't be happier to be under their care, even with my anxiety.

I recently visited Abbey House for a tooth extraction and two implants under sedation, and I cannot express enough how absolutely fantastic they were. I was incredibly nervous and tense going into the procedure, but from the moment I walked in, the entire team put me at ease.The receptionist was welcoming, chatty and kind, and the nurses were incredibly reassuring and attentive, making sure I felt as comfortable as possible. My dentists were simply incredible, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was relaxed before the procedure began. The sedation worked perfectly, and the whole process went smoothly.The pain afterward was minimal, which was a huge relief. I honestly can’t thank the team enough for their professionalism, care, and kindness throughout the entire experience.I highly recommend Abbey House Dental to anyone, especially if you’re feeling anxious about dental procedures. They are just wonderful—huge thanks to everyone there!

These guys are mega ! I had Invisalign followed by composite bonding over the course of 11 months … by far the best thing I’ve ever done ! Through out my smile transformation I had DR Ashwin and mand breaking it all down for me , answering any questions that I had and putting me at ease during both processes ! These pair couldn’t do enough for me ! I couldn’t recommend abbey house enough I’ll 100% be coming for all my treatments ! 100000% obsessed with my teeth after years of hating my smile 🤍

Today 17th Sep I had a tooth removed and a filling, I would just like to say a Huge thank you to My Dentist Clair for being just brilliant and talking my head off (a very good distraction method!!! 😄) and of course Jenn for holding my hand and keeping me calm (even though she almost had no voice herself) I have slept for a few hours this afternoon, making up for the lack of sleep this last two weeks! Pleasant experience, I booked a half-hour new client appointment. The dentist and nurse were lovely and explained the findings which did match my thoughts on the dental issues I need addressing. The treatment plan was formulated, it's realistic and I'd already guesstimated some costs so am happy with that. Treatment starts end September and although I'm a nervous patient (!) I do feel confident at their expertise.

Excellent service, I went to the surgery where I visited previously but told Milan is working in another building - found it easily. I had a short time to wait in a waiting room upstairs. Checkup was quick and simply done without any problems, I had one query but Milan explained why my tooth was as it is. Very gentle treatment and I felt very comfortable during all the time of my appointment. I asked for a reminder for my next checkup appointment in 6 months in February 2025. The roadworks and traffic were horrendous surrounding the buildings - but that wasn't your fault and I got around them easily, meaning I got to my appointment on time.

I feel so so SO lucky to have found this AMAZING team! Being so nervous & having suffered panic attacks to the point I couldn’t leave the house without feeling like I was having a heart attack in the past, seeing a dentist for my overcrowded teeth was something I never thought I’d do. Having seen many other dentists, their lack of empathy meant I didn’t trust anyone. It had been 10 years since my last attempt at seeing a dentist! From the second I walked into abbey house everyone was so warm, there was such a lovely friendly atmosphere, I wasn’t made to feel stupid for being nervous like at many other practices. There was a sense of ‘we are a team now and WE are going to get this done’Once I’d seen my treatment co ordinator I just knew this place was different & I could finally get this done at 39 years old! I had sedation, tooth extraction, 14 months of Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding to finish. I even tried to leave as they were trying to sedate me I was that nervous but they knew exactly what to say to put me back on track. Donna held my hand the whole time. There is something very special about the staff here, they are just so lovely, dedicated, empathetic and there is an amazing sense of teamwork, they totally put me at ease. I actually love going to the dentist now. My dentist was Dr Kal he is just the absolute best in every way, such a friendly & gentle manner, very professional & dedicated to what he does and he is THE BEST at making you feel at ease, a true perfectionist! Always checking to see if you’re ok. I honestly don’t think I’d have got this done with anyone else! He deserves a medal! The nurses have been brilliant I had the lovely Christie, an amazing nurse, very very funny and really made me laugh! It’s just not like going to the dentist at all. I have felt no pain or discomfort what so ever from start to finish, I just can’t believe what i’d built it up to be in my head. It’s been so enjoyable and rewarding with each appointment I have gained my confidence back, I’m extremely happy with my new smile. Everyone is astounded with my new found confidence. They reminded me who I am. Very excited about the future again. I will never be able to thank you enough

I recently visited Abbey House for a root canal, crown and a filling, and I must say it was the best dental experience I have ever had. As a particularly nervous patient, I was apprehensive about the procedure, but Clare and Jenn went above and beyond to make me feel completely at ease.From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. Clare and Jenn took the time to thoroughly explain everything beforehand, which really helped to calm my nerves. During the procedure, they continuously informed me of each step, ensuring I was comfortable and aware of what was happening.Their professionalism and care are truly commendable. I have never felt this comfortable at a dentist’s office before, and I am incredibly grateful for their exceptional service. Clare and Jenn deserve a lot of credit for their outstanding work. Today was my first appointment with Clare Banks and the whole experience was amazing. What can I say?! Clare & Jenn are the dynamic duo that always deliver a joyful experience. My children love coming to the dentist and always leave smiling. Not only are they both great at their jobs and their knowledge is undeniable but they deliver it to my children so they understand and take it on board. I am, like many others very nervous visiting the dentist. Abbey House have been amazing from start to finish. The receptionists are all very polite and welcoming. Ash my Dentist is brilliant, I cant speak highly of him enough, constantly checking on you, plenty of times to take a break if you need to etc and for the very first time I can honestly say I'm happy going to the dentist. Jem the Nurse is fab, always up for chat and keeps you at ease and knows all about dutch cheese!! :) If I ever moved away, I would still travel however far to come back to Abbey House Dental, customer for life!

Needed an emergancy appointment and they were able to fit me really quickly at Stone. Dentist was amazing (Claire?) Her nurse (Jenn?) was also lovely, I can imagine they would be really good with nervous patients. Very friendly. Receptionist also welcoming and friendly. If I need help again I will definitely call them. The ONLY drawback is there is no parking. I would google where to park before going so you're not late. All in all an enjoyable experience considering 😆😁🙌🫶🦷🦷

We’ve been coming here since it opened. It’s a 50 mile round trip, but it’s worth everyone those miles. Reception is always friendly and helpful and they really seam to care for the patients. Over the last weekend my crown became detached. We rang Monday as soon as the opened, and we booked in for 11am the same day. I saw a new dentist called Samee, what a lovely guy, along with his nurse Amanda, they made a great team. I had a X-ray to check for infection, all was fine. Within 30 minutes it was cemented back and I was on my way. I know it’s strange to say, but I really enjoyed going to my dentist. Highly Recommend

I've been with Abbey House for the past 6 months & they are the best Dental team I've ever had.The team make you feel welcome, they have pretty much everything you could need and both the treatment & care are exemplary, as is any aftercare.Personally I'm registered with Dr Sammee Khan who is very friendly, knowledgeable, gentle and ensures that I understand and completely agree to exactly what treatment he recommends. The Dental nurses are equally as good too.I can't recommend Abbey House Dentalenough & if every dental surgery was like this nobody would think twice about a dental appointment and everyone in the UK would have perfect teeth.I appreciate that for some potential patients Stone may be a bit out of the way (eg, for me its at least a 20 mile round trip) but believe me it's well worth it.

So happy to have had this dentist recommended to me, I hadn’t seen a dentist for ten years as I absolutely hate it. I was told that this dentist was great with nervous patients so I went along yesterday. I saw Ashwin who was brilliant he put me at ease straight away and his dental nurse Julie was lovely too. They explained what dental treatment was needed and explained all my options to me.I later went back for an CT scan and an assessment with Natalie who was also lovely.I would highly recommend Abbey House Dental ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always the best service, even when being told what treatment is needed, options are given along with time to decide what is best for you (even if the options aren't necessarily what you would like to hear, they are always really supportive) I've had a lot of work completed over the past two years with the support of Abbey House Dental and my teeth are the best they can be for how they are. My daughter literally runs into the room and jumps on the chair for her teeth to be checked which says a lot about the care received from them.

The best dentists in the world live here! It's a fact, if you don't use ABBEY HOUSE DENTAL, you are missing out.I snapped a crowned tooth off at the gum line, yes one at the front. Crestfallen, I rang for help and was given an early appointment the very next day.I turned up fearing the worst and received the best news. My dentist Milan, proposed to glue the crown back in place supported with backup plans B and C if necessary.Plan A worked with no need for any further surgery, my smile is restored to 100% and my bank balance is healthy as well. I feel that I must be the happiest patient this year.Thank you all very much indeed!Dave B.😁

Just went for a check up today. Everything went well. Jaz explained everything whilst looking at x-rays on the screen, which makes it easy to understand what work may need doing on my teeth. Lovely, bright comfortable surroundings. I'm glad they have introduced two higher, chairs, like stylish 'dining' type chairs in the waiting room as both my husband and I have bad backs and can't get out of the armchairs!

I was a little nervous however from the lovely receptionist to the dentist Jaz and delightful Gemma who sorted out payment options they were all so lovely. They talked me through each procedure and what my options were at every stage and never put pressure on me at any point. I was recommended to them from my son and also others so really glad I have now been.I had my treatment yesterday 20,2,24. I was nervous and had 2 1/2 hours on dentist chair. They were all lovely and I felt no pain at all until the anesthetic wore off during the evening. They talked me through my aftercare and have the next appointment booked and was sent home with a goody bag to help my recovery Wendy kitchen

The procedure was fully explained to me and carried out by a very professional team, who reassured me with their kindness and thoughtful attitude. Update to below initial review. Now completed treatment with root canal and a crown being fitted. Excellent experience all-round from a first class dentist. Have now taken out practice plan, being so happy with the service. Can't recommend enough.Great first appointment with Milan. I moved to this practice on recommendation after several botched attempts at a tooth repair elsewhere on NHS. Milan took several X rays and talked through the results showing me on a TV screen. He then outlined my options with no pressure. Having made my decision, I am now booked in to commence treatment within 2 weeks. It may be more expensive than NHS but I am now of the opinion that you get what you pay for. Reception staff very friendly and surroundings are clean, modern and relaxing. Based on initial experience would definitely recommend.

I have had problems with dentures and the misery of them for several years and just kept having new ones made that just did not help me. This has led me to become an " unhappy Hermit ". I went to Abbey House. I was impressed by their spotless and modern Practice. Their lovely receptionist and another lovely lady called Becky who actually gave me a presentation of how implants work and the whole process on a TV Screen. She explained everything to me including costings for implants. I then met Abdul who took a CT Scan of my Jawbone. I went into his surgical room. Again spotless and modern and I had chance toreview him as a person and a Dental Doctor. Abdul has a very gentle and reassuring personality and shows empathy and caringand lets be honest in my world I don't seem to find many people like that. He went through the whole process for me again and explained what he had seen on my CT Scan which I not good. I have an impossible bottom jaw. I worried about a personal issue and he rang me back today to reassure me. He lifted me right up into the air. He is a genuine Diamond and I have every confidence I will be treated well throughout my adventure of obtaining teeththat can take me to the end of my life. I was so impressed byAdbul ringing me almost immediately after I made a call to the Practice. He is a very busy man. He has shown qualities in human nature that are very few and far between these days.Thank You Abdul so much for calling me back so soon andputting my mind at ease. It means so much

Wonderfull staff that are caring, understanding and very professional. Very clean clinical areas yet still welcoming. Lack of parking is annoying but insignificant compared to the great service for an emergency appointment. I shall be changing my dentist to Abbey House as a result of today's experience. Thank you

As someone who is petrified of the dentist, I can't recommend this practice highly enough. I've only been once and I made another appointment and in no way am I dreading it like I usually would.I was listened to, everything was taken at my pace and made very clear to be so.All of the staff were lovely and very understanding of my fear.They explained everything to me fully and I left feeling very proud of myself and happy with my choice of dentist.

I am always nervous about going to the dentist but on both occasions on this course of treatment I was reassured and put at ease by Milan and his nurses. Had an Invisalign consultation today at Abbey House Dental. I went to the wrong building at first but was kindly directed to the right place. Becky talked me through the process, did a full scan of my current smile and showed me the results that could be achieved. I'm going back for my assessment next week and can't wait to start the journey for my perfect new smile!

I used this dental practice recently for an emergency appointment following a fractured tooth that became unbearable! Me and my anxiety regarding dentists was made easy when I contacted this dental practice for an emergency appointment and was introduced to Samantha who answered the phone , she was fantastic , reassuring and the absolute perfect person I needed to speak to as I couldn’t be more nervous and scared prior to making the emergency appointment. Samantha offered me an appointment same day that suited perfectly and the entire process was as fantastic as it could have gone . All of the staff inside of the clinic were polite and friendly, unfortunately I didn’t get their names but everyone was lovely. Highly recommend and thanks again Samantha for all of your efforts . I went yesterday as a new private patient with a raging toothache. I filled in the online form during the night and was promptly called at 9am offering an emergency appointment for 12:30 same day!I was very nervous, I had not been to any dentists in over 10 years due to a botched extraction in my teens.This place is fantastic. Its not the cheapest, but... you get a service that more than matches the prices.My dentist was Milan and he was amazing. I had to have a root canal and temporary filling and I felt no pain at all. Every step was explained what and why, and I was talked to the whole time to make sure I was comfortable. Milan has actually removed all my dentist fears and I'm not actually worried at all about my return visits to finish the work after my holidays.Thank you Milan, my pain has gone completely today. 👍 See you in August.

I received top class treatment from first contact with the receptionist to completion of my tooth extraction. My dentist (Jas) and his assistant (Holly) are extremely friendly. The whole process was explained very clearly and they are both brilliant at providing a relaxed and reassured experience for the patient. I highly recommend Abbey House Dental practise. The facilities and treatment rooms are also excellent and state of the art.

Appointment was at 11:30 was seen at 12. Didn't provide explanation of delay. It could be improved especially if its your first time and have anxiety about going to the dentist. They had my name wrong, so had to update details. The staff themselves are friendly and welcoming. The dentist was professional. I am a private patient they didn't really talk about prices, felt awkward in discussing treatment options there and then on the spot as not sure how much it is going to cost so I just said I will think about it. Came away with a dental payment plan but doesn't include any extra treatments. I still need to figure out how much a crown or filling will be from their recommendations.It is not very practical to ask them as people can overhear in the reception area. Maybe if they had leaflets on crowns, fillings or extra treatment plan prices, it would be better to have an understanding. I am quite an introvert and shy when it comes to asking talking about prices etc. Plus I really don't like the whole dentist experience. It gives me anxiety. I am glad I went and I am now booked in for further check ups etc.

Thank you so much to the brilliant team at Abbey House Dental, I was really nervous about having my crown fitted but the dentist Dr Garcha and very caring nurses Pujan and Charlotte made me feel at ease and comfortable. I approached Abbey House Dental as I was looking for a dentist who had good experience providing quality dental implant and also could provide all services on site (including CAT scan). Now after 2.5 months, my implants are complete and I am very happy.This dentist is modern, professional, friendly and provides an excellent level of service, with everything clearly explained and no hidden costs. My experience today at Abbey House Dental Practice was excellent from start to finish, reception staff were professional and friendly and fresh and smart looking in appearance with plenty of smiles. I saw Dr. Milan and his dental nurse who were both so welcoming and professional and Dr.Milan listened and understood with great patience and has a friendly and open manner and was very helpful in explaining and sorting my dental problems out for me thank you.The only issue my husband and I had with the layout of the clinic was the shortage of chairs for people to sit on, and felt that two or three more chairs would be very helpful for customers/patients instead of one or two left standing at any one time, especially during slightly busier times.This is the only reason 4 and not 5 stars were given.But thank you for an overall good experience and for helping to keep our teeth and gums healthy.

Due to shortage of dentists where I live, I happened to travel long distance in Stone, Staffordshire. Abbey House is a beautiful old charm building with very modern interior, bright and inviting, very clean, and friendly polite staff. As you sit on the dental chair, they have installed at the ceiling an entertainment screen that shows you beautiful breathtaking views of landscapes from around the world. It is not very often one can say I enjoyed going to the dentists. I would recommend this place. A delight. By the way, my teeth do look and feel better. Keep up your good work.

I went to Abbey House for the first time last week for a checkup and everyone was really friendly and welcoming. They have a lady called Becky who is the treatment Coordinator and she was especially lovely. Today I saw the hygienist who was kind and very thorough and then I had a filling removed and replaced by Atta with the assistance of Jess. The whole experience has been amazing. They were both so lovely and they put me totally at ease from the start. I felt no pain throughout the treatment, even though it was a deep filling. Even the injection didn’t hurt. I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely 5 stars.

Abbey House staff are always friendly, professional and very helpful. I have never been happy to visit the dentist, until now, I feel so relaxed and looked after, nothing is too much trouble for them and my Orthodontist, Clare Banks is wonderful. Back In November I contacted Abbey House online and made an enquiry, I knew I had to go to a dentist but due to dental phobia I had neglected my teeth for years. I was messaged by a lovely lady called Megan who talked me through everything and answered my questions, from there I made my first appointment, even at that point I really believed I wouldn’t attend, however I needed too, I had lost all my confidence and was feeling so low. My dentist is Milan and I cannot put into words how lovely and understanding he was. He put me a dental plan together, he explained everything clearly and was so kind. I attended my appointments, received several different treatments and each time it got a little easier, this was purely down to Milan. I now have a restored smile, my confidence back and feel like I have become the person I use to be before I was scared to hide my smile. The whole process was pain free. I couldn’t be happier and honestly believe the next time I have to visit will be that little bit more easier. Great dental practice can’t express that enough!! Recently had my two front crowns replaced by Atta. From start to finish, both him and Katie made me feel relaxed and at ease in each appointment, always explaining what work was being carried out. Desrin and Emma visited the children at Manor Hill First School today to highlight the importance of looking after their teeth. They enjoyed learning about foods that are good and bad for their teeth and how to use a toothbrush to make sure they clean their teeth properly. The activities they provided were informative and engaging and when they had finished one of the children said "I'm going to make healthy choices because I don't want my teeth to be rotten" Excellent, we look forward to them visiting again.

I used to have a horrible dentist and was really scared of them. I just thought that was normal as I'd never known any different and my brother recommended Abbey House. Everyone i have seen is lovely and really reassuring (I get really nervous when i see someone new) and they always find time to fit you in, even if they are really busy. During covid I remember them calling and giving me antibiotics over the phone to calm and infection until they could fit me in and and have even took my young daughter as a "just come down straight away and we will take a look at her" when she landed on her front teeth on the concrete. I couldn't recommend them enough, thank you for being amazing!

Spent whole weekend in pain rang nhs 101 told me ring back Monday spent 3 hours on hold to be told they could not do anything till following day ,Found Abby dental practice on line rang them up they got me in that afternoon they fitted me in and even managed to do a temporary repair on my tooth so I wasn’t in pain any more and to be fair in didn’t even cost that much ,from the reception to the dental nurses right through to the dentist they where all very professional and sympathetic towards me ,I’ve now become a patient there I’m that impressed and would recommend you try these first if your in pain or need dental workMany thanks Niall

I am extremely nervous about visiting the dentist but I cannot recommend Abbey House enough. My usual dentist Amit is very patient and makes me feel at ease, he is amazing. The other dentists I have interacted with are the same very friendly. The dental nurses again are amazing and very caring and friendly. The receptions are always welcoming and are always helpful. If you are looking for a great dental practice this is the one.
